We have been teaming up with Samaria Baptist Church’s “Worship on Wheels” kids’ outreach team to create sweet, delightful expressions of love for elderly shut-ins who receive our farm-fresh eggs. These children regularly visit the homes of elderly community members to encourage them. They perform worship songs, waving banners, dancing, and singing. We set up tables with art supplies for these precious worshipers to express their love through small paintings, which we then scanned into files to be printed on labels for our egg cartons. Through this program, we donate over 15,000 eggs from our farm to those in need, and we have been regularly working with Worship on Wheels to make these gifts one-of-a-kind masterpieces for each recipient. Thank you to Mechanicsville Christian Center for purchasing our eggs, enabling us to give in this way! It is a double blessing!
